Makaila (10th) and Liam Sponseller (8th) visited Majestic Meadows in Medina, OH where they got to pet, feed and hold a variety of animals including a capybara, kangaroo and goats! 🐐

Several Aviator students, alumni and parents traveled to Heredia, Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for a mission trip through a local church! They worked with Spanish speaking students, held a bonfire for Spanish speaking teens, painted and landscaped the local elementary school and worked at the local church demolishing and rebuilding the shower house and outdoor restrooms.

While there, they enjoyed eating lots of exotic fruits and foods, learning about Costa Rican culture, studied the Spanish language, made some great new friends and even went white water rafting!

The definition of caring citizenship! We are proud of these amazing Aviators! 😊✈

Jaxon Powell (8th) and his baseball team, the "Ohio Duckies," were invited to an Akron Rubber Ducks game! They were lucky enough to practice in the outfield with the team. His family cheered him on from the stands. He also received a hat and even got a game ball! ⚾

Lincoln Smith, 4th grade, attended a STEM program at Bowling Green State University this summer! 🔬 He got to engage in different STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) activities, such as medicine, engineering and crime scene investigation. ⚙ His favorite parts were making his robot and carnival swing ride! 🎡

What an amazing opportunity for this awesome Aviator! ✈ We're so happy Lincoln was able to continue learning and following his passion for STEM. 😁
