🎓 Keion Rose 🎓
Keion plans to attend the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics to become an aviation mechanic.
During his time at AHS, he was involved in golf, bowling, the auto tech career tech program and worked for Sarchione Ford of Alliance.
Positive staff member:
"Mr. Billingsley, he has opened my eyes to a wide variety of options in the mechanical side of things. I went from wanting to be a car mechanic, to a diesel mechanic, now wanting to be an aviation mechanic. He was always with the idea of them and gave me ideas and options of colleges or jobs to pick from.
And Mrs. Collins, she always was there to help the best she could if you needed extra help with signing certain things and couldn't understand during class. She would take the time after class or school to break it all down to you to help you perfect the things that you didn't understand."
Piece of Advice for Class of 2027:
"Participate in all the activities and things you can, you only get to do it once, so make the most of it and have fun. The activities will make senior year go by a little slower. Enjoy your last year before becoming an adult, because next thing you know you will be walking across the stage wishing you did all the things you didn't do."
What will you remember about AHS:
"My auto tech class was a fun but short 2 years, and I wish I could have more time with the people in the class. I went in thinking I wasn't going to enjoy it and ended up making some friends with new people. Mr. B is very knowledgeable and makes the class one of the best places to be."
Where do you see yourself in 5 years:
"In 5 years, I see myself working on airplane motors or even the big airline airplanes and possibly becoming an engineer in the future. I want to become more confident and focused on building a future where I can solve problems and create things that make a difference."
