🎓 Audrey Howell 🎓
Audrey will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance Scholar where she plans to study art and psychology.
During her time at AHS, she was involved in mural projects within the community, National Honor Society and served as a youth leader in a local prayer group.
Positive staff member:
"Mr. Cabassa has made a very positive impact on me. In life, we are fortunate to meet many people by the fate of mere proximity, but I have never encountered anyone who embodies such a fervent love for living as he does. Through his wit and heartfelt teaching, he uplifts everyone around him with great august. Sometimes some people are just soul-easing to be around in every sense of the word, and what a treat that is!"
Piece of Advice for Class of 2027:
"Reading is a quick secret, I find, to discovering the little trinkets and gimcracks about you. When I read, I find the quiet part of myself that I can press into people’s palms and make a mark with. The more we read, the more we recognize the pieces of ourselves amidst the influence and spare bolts we’ve borrowed from our environment to build the little beach-shells we live within."
What will you remember about AHS:
"I will always remember my teachers, and all of the beautiful ladies in the cafeteria. I have had the most wonderful experience getting to know everyone during my time here. Both in witnessing their teaching, and in the sense of these special people becoming very near and dear friends of mine."
Where do you see yourself in 5 years:
"In 5 years, I may not be the doctor who saves lives through open heart surgery, nor the engineer that maximizes energy with the perfect equation, though I want to be in a position where I can give others my most prized possession: a generous heart. I aspire to pursue rehabilitation or therapy, where I can truly help people grow and find hope. True fulfillment for me is in giving, and nothing makes me happier than being kind to people. That is where I'll be."
Congratulations, Audrey! ✈ #RepthatA #AHSClassof2026
