Rosaleigh Heft, 3rd grade, visited Dayton, OH where she toured the National Air Force Museum ✈ and visited Young's Dairy! 🐄 She loved getting ice cream at the dairy and feeding the goats and her favorite part of the Air Force Museum was the fighter jet simulator game!

Alliance City Schools will once again have staggered starts for the 2025-26 school year! 📆

✨ Once your child starts school, they will continue to go. For example, if a 1st grader starts on Wednesday, Aug. 20, they will also attend Thursday, Aug. 21.

Tanya Coler, an intervention specialist at Alliance Early Learning School, traveled to Amherst, MA to see The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art! 📚 What a fun adventure this summer!

Kindergarten teacher, Tracy Bowser, spent some time this summer hiking in England with her husband!🚶‍♀️They enjoyed the Wainwright Coast to Coast hike, which took them from the Irish Sea at St. Bees to the North Sea at Robin Hoods Bay! 🇬🇧 They hiked 200 miles with 27,000 ft of elevation gain over 15 days.

They carried everything they needed on their backs and camped in 3 National Parks- the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moor- eating lots of fish and chips along the way. They ended their trip with two days in Liverpool and four days in London!

What an amazing summer adventure, Mrs. Bowser! ☺️

Alexandria Cutway, 6th grade, traveled to Sandusky, OH for the Showstoppers Northern Finals Dance Competition! 💃 She received platinum adjudication and placed 4th in the contemporary category for her dance titled "Enter Sandman." 🏆

Melissa Flitcraft, a cafeteria aide, traveled to Warendorf, Germany this summer as part of a mission trip with 17 other people! 🇩🇪 She is helping at a summer camp for German and Ukrainian children ages 3-18 years old.
