Morgan Engineering once again hosted their safety calendar drawing contest and selected 12 of our wonderful Aviators' artwork to be featured in the calendar! Each student received their framed drawing and a gift card to Dairy Queen.
Along with the gifts for the students, Morgan Engineering generously donated $1000 to each school that participated in the contest! We are so very grateful to Morgan Engineering and their partnership with and support of ACS!

Superintendent Rob Gress held the first Student Leadership meeting last week. Students from 4th-12th grade met with a group of administrators to learn about what makes a good leader. Many of the students took part in the group last year and will continue taking part throughout this school year.
During the meeting, the kids and adults worked together on a variety of tasks and activities that encourage teamwork, patience and effective communication.
We look forward to seeing all this group will accomplish throughout the school year! #RepthatA

Jason Morgan and Victoria Keener kicked off their first number grid drawing of the year for their students at Alliance Intermediate School! Students earn numbered squares by achieving their individual math goals on class assignments and activities. The class then holds a drawing for some fantastic prizes. Mark Your Calendar: Alliance is competing against Carrollton for this year's Goodwill Drive to Victory donation drive! Donations will be collected Monday, September 30 - Friday, Oct. 4. A Goodwill trailer will be in the back parking lot of the high school from 7 am - 3 pm Monday-Thursday and from 7 am - noon on Friday. All donations must be dropped off at the Goodwill trailer.
