Jay Miletsky, the author of "Ricky, the Rock that Couldn't Roll," visited Parkway Elementary last week. He read his book aloud and allowed the students to ask questions about being an author and his book. At the end of his visit he signed books for the students. #RepthatA

Sandi Zemrock and Laura Hackney's class had the chance to explore the fall changes at the Nature Center. Students were able to smell herbs and see animals. While walking through the woods, they noticed the different leaves and learned how animals prepare for the winter. #RepthatA
