AHS Students Receive Top Honors at Solo and Ensemble

Several Alliance High School students took part in Solo and Ensemble this past weekend, Jan. 18, at GlenOak High School. Solo and Ensemble is an annual event sponsored by the Ohio Music Education Association. It is open to any music student enrolled in a performing ensemble at Alliance. The students work hard to prepare solos or ensembles they perform for highly qualified judge. They can receive a rating from I to V, with one being a superior rating.
