The third grade students have been studying matter in Science. After learning about physical and chemical changes the students were treated to pancakes which they identified as going through a chemical change. Third grade students studied artist Judy Baca and examined photographs of her popular murals. They were inspired to create a mural of our own about our community. Students wrote about their favorite parts of their community and hung their work in our glass hallway. READ MORE >

The Third Graders at Parkway and Rockhill went on a field trip to the Football Hall of Fame on Friday, October 4th. The students were able to learn about the history of football and got the opportunity to listen to a few famous football coaches.
